Introduction

Welcome to our blog!

The purpose of this blog is to share our experiences of sports and the everyday life benefits anyone can take from the world of sports. The aim is to help people using proven methods and research mixed in with our own experience. We hope the result will be a blog you can easily be inspired by and gain practical tips you can start implementing directly.

First let’s introduce ourselves. The two of us comes from different backgrounds, different countries and have very different experiences of sports and exercise.

We can start with Emoke. Emoke is from Hungary and she is 20 years old. She played volleyball for 5 years but then decided to do another sport alone and started wall climbing. So she has some experiences as a member of a team and also doing a sport alone.

Then we have Lukas. He is from Sweden and is 21 years old. During pretty much all of his life he has been into swimming. When he was 17 he stopped doing swimming, but because wasn’t ready to leave the sport completely he moved over too coaching. So for the last 4 years he has been coaching and working with swimmers of all ages and levels. Everything from young beginners to athletes trying to go professional. Currently he is one of the coaches for the Swedish national team and is one of the youngest ever FINA(international swimming organisation) certified coach.
