Sports and everyday life

Besides the physical appearance and condition sports can affect more fields of your life what you may not notice and match it with moving.

I know I have already mentioned a lot of times but now it’s more important to say what sports I did if I want to talk about their advantages. So I used to play volleyball and did wall climbing. One of them is a team sport and the other one I would say is an individual. So both of them add different plus. Now let’s see them!

  1. Comformity and cooperation

This is one of the skills what maybe we could call a personality but some people just have to work hard to be able to work in a team. And it’s okay and not a problem as long as we want to work on it. Because to be honest, we all need to do this in school, at work, and even in our small environments like family. We have to know how to cooperate and be able to listen to each other. Volleyball helped me a lot in this. We had to work together in the team, if someone went after her own head we couldn’t succeed. I wouldn’t say I was totally obstinate before it but when i had to work or be in a team and It wasn’t my idea what we followed I felt a bit discomforted and hurt. Now I think I’m developed in this a lot or at least I’m always interested in other ideas and I gladly follow them if this is what the team wants. Of course it doesn’t mean we always have to give up on our opinion but we can mix different aspects and get together what we have.

  1. Stamina and strength

These are physical advantages and pretty obvious but I felt a huge (compared to my previous condition) development after my sports. Both climbing and volleyball helped me in this. After standing in one place for 10 minutes I often felt tired or just wanted to move a bit, or walking for more than one hour made me tired too before I started to do sports. And also thanks for climbing where sometimes I had to stand in really small holds I improved my balance.

  1. Patience

This is another obvious skill what we can earn by the sports but we might say the most important too. And it’s somehow connected to the cooperative work but we need patience in every field of our lives. And while we are practicing and developing in our sport we really need to be patient with ourselves. We might have difficulties and sometimes feel that what we are doing is not for us just because we are not perfect for the first time. But in a bit of time we learn how to be patient and after that we can learn everything else better and we can have a more positive aspect.

  1. A positive mindset

That’s why a lot of people used to say that if you have a stressful time just go and run. Your mind clarify and you can calm down your thoughts and feel more relaxed and positive after you move. After I did a sport as a routine I felt more confident and had a positive mindset about everything I did. And when I tried to study but it was too much and I felt that I’m overwhelmed I went to a training, focused ont hat and nothing else and after it was easier to study and I felt much better. You don’t need to do a sport in a professional way to earn, moreover that can lead to more stress if you are that type of person, but if you need to calm down and get out of a negative period just try to go for a run or biking or do some exercise what you can ejoy.

So that’s all my favorite inside and outside successes what I can get because of sports. Summing all we can say it’s worth it so much.

Stay gold!
